The Government watchdog for the property industry has given Granville Residential a resounding endorsement for it's sales department. In an independent survey commissioned by The Property Ombudsman, clients of Granville Residential reported that 100% of those questioned would recommend the company to a friend. The report also gave a rating of 94% for "acting professionally at all times" 95% for being "friendly and understanding of my requirements" 94% for showing good local knowledge of market conditions" and 98% for being "helpful in the negotiations between buyer and seller".
