Energy Performance Certificates

It is now a legal requirement that any property being offered for sale or rent must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). At Granville Residential we have our own in-house domestic energy assessors who are fully qualified to produce EPCs. We will visit the property and calculate the current energy efficiency and carbon emissions and then make suggestions as to how these ratings can be improved.
